As I try to narrow down how I might best serve my readers, it has become clear that NOT everyone knows how to put vintage pieces together.

It’s possible that this is why vintage dresses sell so well. A dress is one piece and, so long as it fits, all you have to do is accessorize and you’re ready to hit the town. But what about blouses & shirts, high waist pants, vintage sweaters,  overalls, oversized blazers, crop tops, and short shorts, exactly how can the average person couple these pieces and make amazing, unforgettable outfits for any occasion?

Well, let me tell you how in a few short steps.

1. START SMALL. If your not absolutely comfortable incorporating vintage pieces into your outfits,  start small. Add a piece of jewelry to begin. Find a big vintage ring or funky necklace. Right now southwestern fashion trends are HOT. Check out SouthwestSky Jewelry to see some amazing pieces and get some ideas of what might suit you!

Each of these pieces can be added to the simple outfit of a sexy white t-shirt, jeans along with boots or heels.

The key is to pick a piece that you absolutely love and wear it with confidence!! If southwest isn’t your thing,  you can try
